Privacy policy

This site is Agent Zed, from QLZH Group. The companies behind it are QuickLets (rentals) and Zanzi Homes (sales).

The sell form collects your name, contact details (phone or email), locality, and property type. We use them to handle a valuation request.

The request is delivered by Telegram to the sales team. When a CRM webhook is configured, the same request is sent there as well. The page you first landed on, and campaign parameters from that link, can be stored in this browser and included with the request.

Analytics uses Google Analytics 4 on two properties, one for QuickLets and one for Zanzi Homes. Analytics cookies run after you accept them. Essential cookies only means analytics storage stays off.

Enquiry details are kept as long as the enquiry is active.
